Matthew, head salesman, is available only to take your money and refuses to take phone calls when there are issues with the products he has sold you. When issues do arise they send you huge accounts for services that have not even been performed. They refer product issues to their suppliers so you are left having to deal with people not even in your locale.

I got through each time to an MVO Bundaberg recorded message, asked to wait, no music or sound-after waiting two minutes, I got cut off each time I phoned. I looked up the number on line in frustration and found a different number and finally got through. Please ask Telstra to change this old number or you will lose many frustrated potential customers. When I phoned the correct number, the operator was not at all willing to offer any kind of apology or understanding, fobbed me off and then I booked an appointment. Please be kind.

I rang for a quote a few weeks ago and the person told me that they would ring me the next day to arrange a time for a quote. I never heard a thing. Have just rang them today to inform them of their bad service and they cannot even find any info that I had rung them. Very very bad service. Bundaberg businesses always complain they are not supported. well maybe they just don't know anything about good manners and service.
