  They say they give priority to people who work, after waiting 40 mins, no priority given, wearing my uniform and name badge and the youngest one waiting. It would be great if they actually followed their procedures.

  After hearing such great things about this place, me and my three children went in first thing in the morning to have bloods taken. We were met by someone named Lorraine who was quite rude, kept an incredibly stern look on her face at all times and kept pointing at the door before shrugging and saying “nobody here can do it. Sorry”. No bedside manner at all, quite abruptly told us to go elsewhere. I was told by GP I could have them done anywhere, maybe a little kind-hearted professionalism next time, Lorraine? Definitely not child friendly, I don’t see how people who lack empathy can be working with such vulnerable people and equipment. Glad to say- I won’t ever be back!

  Brilliant service for our young autistic son.
  Paediatric specialist blood collector was on today and she was just brilliant with him. Couldn't have asked for better.

  Went this morning, little bit of a wait but no more than I expected, the young lady in charge was super nice and very efficient
