I have had to use there service department on several occasions. Once they eventually answer the phone we find its a two week wait to have our car even looked at. The service manager knows little about technical issues and had to constantly ask there mechanic. On one occasion they were unable to complete the jobs required because they had ran out of time which meant another booking and paying extra (and they charge like $160 per hour) to do what they should have done in the first place.
