EDIT: raised to two stars after staff apologized for the delay

Longgg story short, I placed my order at 6.57pm and finally received it at 8.58pm. When I got it inside, I realised the food was cold. Also, the chips were burnt, pizza edges were burnt and the pasta had completely hardened.
My delivery address was 0.5 miles from the store (yes I know I’m lazy to get it delivered, but that’s what delivery services are for, right?) and yet it still took them 2 hours to make and deliver some cold, yet also burnt?, food? - Shane Penney Added July 19, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After the cashier couldn't understand my perfectly normal Australian accent, Pizza didn't look like it had much of the extra toppings I asked and paid for, the cutting of the Pizza was appalling and the pizza was under cooked and cold
