  I am 57 years old and have brought many new cars over the years, I have now purchased two cars from Ross Gray Motors, on both occasions dealing with John Blain. I rarely write reviews on anything, however feel compelled to do so as a result of the flawless customer service provided by Ross Gray and the salesman John Blain. John is as straight as they come, with no high pressure sales tactics and doesn't talk down other dealerships, he just points the positive aspects of what he sells.
  
  John stated that my new vehicle would take 8 weeks from the time of ordering, which occurred, however what I wasn't expecting was almost weekly calls updating me on the status of its construction and transport. The vehicle arrived on time and met all my expectations and a thorough handover was professionally provided.
  
  I couldn't recommend Ross Gray Motors and John Blain highly enough. Thank you, it is rare to receive this level of service.

  After weeks of looking for the right vehicle Harry and myself called into Ross Gray Bundaberg. What a great experience I thought it only fair to share.

  I recently purchased an exceptionally good quality 2018 Pajero Sport from Matt. I made initial contact with Matt by phone as we are based on the Gold Coast. From the outset, I formed the opinion that he was a young man of his word and he told it the way it was with no spin.
  
  We took the drive north and met Matt on site. My opinion of him was very accurate. He is a bloke who tells it the way it is. There was no sales pitch from the outset and it stayed that way.
  
  Even though it was a second hand vehicle Matt took the time to go over the vehicle with us and explain every aspect and feature of the vehicle.
  
  I can only say that our experience with this dealership was extremely positive.
  
  Also cheers to Janine from Finance who was lovely to deal with.
